UX / UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess excellent UI skills and be able to translate requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into smooth, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be involved in various stages of design from wireframe creation of concept, low fidelity design to pixel perfect and responsive visual layouts for modern design standards.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of the user interfaces across the range of web apps.
  • Ensure complex information is delivered in the most compelling way to the user.
  • Develop and maintains UI design standards & style guide to be used across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain UI components library.
  • Work closely with web development team to ensure quality delivery of designs. Making sure designs are translated into correct UI interactions as expected.
  • Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design.
  • Create user interface elements and developer-friendly assets.
  • Work with graphic designers to get the required artworks delivered

KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong portfolio of work that showcases not only your visual design aesthetic, but demonstrates the thought process behind every design decision.
  • Excellent understanding of basic design principles, including, but not limited to typography, color, balance, information hierarchy and attention to details.
  • Can work independently with self-defined direction and as part of a team.
  • Sub-pixel attention to detail.
  • Understand the product vision, business objectives, and overall strategy.
  • Should have ability to be a persuasive and confident speaker. Holding the knowledge and gravitas to influence and sell your ideas.
  • Should be passionate to learn and develop their design skills.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of UI design experience on web and mobile products, ideally in the B2B space.
